Anger: A Stupid Habit : How to Drop Anger Habit

Hello Reader, I was just thinking about the Anger and how anger harm us and there are lots of things which comes in my mind. I am sharing those with you guys.

Let  look over these facts

1 80% of the world's Problems in human relationship occurred due to anger.

2 15 minutes anger takes away 9hour of Physical and Mental energy i.e. 1minuts anger takes away 36 minutes of our creative energy.

3 When scientist study the most relevant emotion 72hours before the heart attack, they found that it is ANGER.

I found the following causes for Anger

1 Harassment (Physical or Mental)
2 Hunger
3 Injustice
4 When the things are not according to our planning/ thinking

Why these cause occurred to us 

Every events has been planned by God. Bhagwat Geeta explains the "Theory of KARMA" according to that whatever we do we got the results accordingly, the difference is that we think only for the years we know, never bothered about the life before our birth.  Let me ask you a question: Have many people you know who have lots of problems the day one when they taken birth (Blind by birth etc.etc) Why? this is all because of the Old Birth Karma and theory of Karma is Universal.

e.g.
If a Insect think that think that the whole universe ends up with him (Insects have  maximum life of 2 days), Insect don't know what he don't know

Whatever is happening is happening for good and whatever will happen will happen for good. The change is law of Universe. So the events which causes you

Remedy when anger comes


1 The best remedy is to quip quite, I know this is not possible.
2  Count down 10 to 1 may be 20 to 1
3 Try to focus on the solution not on the problem (Think logically)
